Bench Buddies

Artistic Primary 7 pupils were given the task of painting ‘Bench Buddies’ at the seating area at the front of the school, with a little help from the very talented Mrs Turnbull.

They were made by the wonderful team at the Men’s Shed using recycled materials.

Mr Rough also helped with the restoration of the benches.

I’m sure you will agree that they look great!

Please see the school blog for more photographs.

Outdoor Transient Art

Primary 6 & 7 demonstrated their creative skills using fabric, tyres, sand, logs, twigs, flowers, grass, chalk, charcoal and crates to produce wonderful art pieces.

They also used syringes and water to add the finer details. Here the pupils were extremely creative by mixing their own colours using natural plant dye and chalk.
