P4 Vandalism Topic
Primary 4 have been learning all about Vandalism. They carried out an experiment to find out the best way to remove graffiti and discovered that it is extremely difficult to get rid of. They also walked around Houston and were pleased to see that there was only a small amount of vandalism. They finished their walk with a fun play in the park! Back in the class they worked in groups to plan and make anti-vandal shelters.

P7 recycling art
Primary 7 were very creative in their recycling of old milk cartons...they cut them out and painted them grey to make an elephant, draped a Paisley pattern shawl over the back and added eyes to bring it to life. Look how effective they are!

P4 Minibeasts Topic
Primary 4 got their hands dirty when learning about minibeasts! They worked in pairs in class to classify minibeasts then used their skills in action during their visit to Muirshiel Country Park. They also used soil from the wormery to plant seeds.
